Shandong and Henan tour

A tour of places of historical interest in Shandong and Henan over 10 days is like a whirlwind romance in that there is not enough depth in the appreciation of the ancient structures and monuments. But while it lasted, it was fun and thrilling to actually be able to see and touch parts of those artefacts and imagine what times they have withstood going as far back as a thousand years.

This blog encapsulates the touch-and-go spirit of a tour package by presenting the photos of places visited in the raw. They are just my observations through the screen of my digital camera. Sometimes I do not even look at the screen but just capture the scene as it appeared before me.

Other than the titles of the posts, there are no descriptions for a picture is worth a thousand words and information could easily be obtained through google. So these are just my impressions after 10 days of travelling in Shandong and Henan.
